Founder Gavin Sadler is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. With over twenty five years experience in the Mechanical Engineering Industry, most recently as Technical Director of one of the premier Theatre Engineering companies in the world. Inventive Creative is the bringing together of a lifetime’s education and experiences to deliver unbiased solutions to real-world problems.

The company exists to do two key things. Externally, to provide solutions to problems through its knowledge, creativity and skill which enable others to achieve their goals. Internally, to provide balance and enrichment to the working lives of its employees, through positivity and respect, in order to maximise quality of life.
